Thomas Petyt is an experienced marketer with more than 15 years experience in Marketing, Sales, Operations and Finance. Thomas has been working for International Organisations, SMB and TSX/NASDAQ quoted organisations. Currently in charge of Yellow Pages Media Solutions' Strategy department (Canada), I am looking to improve understanding of Customer Experience in order to fine tune my knowledge and provide the best customer experience to my clients. Intent is to optimize client experience touch-points along customer journey from Acquisitions to Collection.
