Thomas Petyt is an experienced marketer with more than 15 years experience in Marketing, Sales, Operations and Finance. Thomas has been working for International Organisations, SMB and TSX/NASDAQ quoted organisations. Currently in charge of Yellow Pages Media Solutions' Strategy department (Canada), I am looking to improve understanding of Customer Experience in order to fine tune my knowledge and provide the best customer experience to my clients. Intent is to optimize client experience touch-points along customer journey from Acquisitions to Collection. I have my own blog www.thomaspetyt.com but I haven't used for many years and I will re-initiate soon. My passion is innovation, client advocacy, build value propositions for our customers that are aligned with Organisational's resources, processes and values.
I have studied in Administration in France (BAA) and in Canada (MBA) in HR and International Affairs.
